Today is the first day in the rest of my life. 
Everything that has past is just that, past. 
Going forward, I will use all the lessons I have learned.
I will use the lessons I have learned from other people.
I will use the lessons I have learned from doing things the wrong way
I will use the lessons I have learned from doing things the right way.
I do not regret anything I have done, except making my mother cry.
What I have done has made my who I am.
I will not sit and reminisce about the past.
Neither will I worry about the future.
Today is a gift, I will enjoy it however it unfolds.
My family and friends make my heart feel full
New things and ideas abound
Swirling around like seeds in the wind
Waiting for warm fertile ground
To sprout in a way that has never been seen.
